Todd's RV & Camping is a family-owned operation now celebrating 56 years of family camping experiences. The property is at the North end of Peachland, on Okanagan Lake, perfectly situated 30 minutes from Kelowna in one direction, and 30 minutes to Penticton in the other.
Jean and Jeff Todd built their home adjacent to Okanagan Lake to raise their six children. A passerby asked if they could camp on the property, and the Todds decided to share their lakeside property with more people, and open a campground.
In the summer of 1956 Todd's Tent Town was officially open, and since that day hundreds of families have made it their yearly holiday destination. While the name may have changed, the family atmosphere has not: Jean and Jeff's youngest child Graham now oversees the operation with his wife Kelly, and many of the Todd's 17 grandchildren have worked at the campsite.
The campground has been kept up over the years, adapting to meet the needs of today's visitors. They have over 60 full hookup sites with power (15, 30 & 50 amps), cable TV and WiFi. Sites were designed with tree placement in mind, giving a shaded "Blended with Nature" feeling. Just a five minute walk along the creek yields parks, shops, a large grocery store and more.
They can accommodate everything from Big Rigs to tenting alongside amenities including a children's Adventure Playground, a sand volleyball pit, hot showers, and a small store. The adjacent beach is clean, with a dock and swim area. There is a public boat launch nearby.
With all these amenities, and a family-friendly atmosphere, the Todds invite you to experience the warmth of their welcome.
