Cariboo Chilcotin Coast RVing

 

RVers and campers travel to the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast for its wide open spaces, outdoor adventures, lakes, rivers, forests and mountains.

The Cariboo area of this region is famous for the Gold Rush Trail where folk still pan for gold. Fishing attracts visitors to cast a line in one of the many lakes teeming with kokanee, lake trout and rainbow trout. Bridge Lake, Sheridan Lake and Lone Butte are some of the communities where RVers and campers can stay along the Fishing Highway, Hwy 24. Traveling north along Hwy 97, RVers will find RV parks and campgrounds at Lac La Hache, Williams Lake and Quesnel. Hiking, biking, boating and other outdoor activities draw visitors to the area. The Chilcotin area is home to cattle and cowboys. Hwy 20 is the main access route starting in Williams Lake and heading west to Bella Coola. The Coast area has an awe-inspiring coastline dotted with coves and inlets and pristine beaches.
