Scotch Creek

The small town of Scotch Creek is home to the amazing Shuswap Provincial Park. Shuswap Provincial Park lies on the old delta of Scotch Creek. This popular tourist destination has one kilometer (.6mi) of sandy beach, a large grass recreation area, a boat launch and a self-guiding nature trail. Best of all, the park includes Copper Island – which has its own 2.8 km (1.7mi) hiking trail). The town of Scotch Creek compliments Shuswap Provincial Park well by being a resting place and a supply station for visitors in the area.
