Vancouver Coast & Mountains Camping

Want to camp a stone's throw away from Metro Vancouver? The outdoors experience is conveniently located near to the city. Leave Vancouver's bustle behind you and drive east via road or north to the ferry and just two hours in either direction you can find your camping spot.

Travel, explore and camp the unique regions known as Sea to Sky Country, Sunshine Coast, Mighty Fraser Country or Metro Vancouver itself. Campgrounds offer access to alpine lakes, hiking trails up eye- catching peaks, marine parks and some amazing sport fishing.

The Vancouver, Coast and Mountains region includes Whistler and Pemberton to the north, by ferry to Gibsons, Sechelt and Powell River and along the Fraser River is Abbotsford, Mission and Hope. A tributary of the mighty Fraser, the Harrison River takes you to Agassiz and Harrison Hot Springs. The Fraser Canyon past Hells Gate is part of a circle route through Lytton and Whistler.

Need a place to park a tent trailer, camper or hook-up a van conversion, the campgrounds in Vancouver, Coast and Mountains listed below can be searched for activities such as "golfing", "wildlife" or "hot springs" or geographical locations such as "Chilliwack", "Lund" or "Lillooet".

Learn more before you decide where to pitch your tent or park your motorhome by checking out the attractions and things to do in the main towns in the Vancouver, Coast and Mountains region.
