Consumer Shows

BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association attends a number of consumer shows in partnership with the Camping and RVing BC Coalition to distribute Super Camping and Select Lodging information packages.  The general public and members are welcome to come along and visit our display booth at the following shows:

  • Seattle RV Show - Washington
  • Spokane RV Show - Washington
  • Early Bird RV Show - Abbotsford, BC

  • BC Boat & Sportsman Show, Abbotsford, BC
  • Vancouver Island RV Show, Nanoose Bay, BC
  • RV Owners Seminar - Vancouver Island, Nanoose Bay BC
  • BC Interior RV Show, Penticton, BC

BCLCA Member Events

BCLCA holds an annual Lodging and Camping Ideas Forum, sponsored by WorkSafeBC, go2HR and Western Financial Group. The workshop sessions normally run for 45 minutes to one hour. The one and a half day Forum includes refreshment breaks, lunches, a dinner and a mini trade show with preferred suppliers. Non-member lodging and camping establishments can attend. Attendance fees apply.

      Each spring three Webinars are hosted for the members - invitation details are sent via email. There is no cost for members to attend the Webinars.

            BCLCA Board Meetings

            The board of directors of the BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association meet regularly throughout the year in closed meetings.

            BCLCA Annual General Meeting

            The Annual General Meeting is only open to "active members" of the BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association and is held  each October or November as part of the Lodging and Camping Ideas Forum. No fee to attend.
